What We're All About
Mondo Eco-Expeditions is an eco-tourism company that offers immersive learning adventures centered on ecological research and community-based conservation.

Our mission is to spark curiosity, inspire exploration, and foster environmental stewardship through hands-on research expeditions. Guided by the pillars of Conservation, Education, and Community, Mondo Eco-Expeditions blends adventure
with purpose, connecting people to nature while supporting the efforts to protect it.

Conservation

At Mondo our mission is grounded in research, biodiversity conservation, and the protection of critical habitats. We partner with private reserves and conservation organizations to support on-the-ground efforts such as wildlife monitoring, habitat restoration, and community-based initiatives. Through immersive field experiences and focused discussions, lectures, and workshops, participants learn practical skills and leave with a stronger perspective on today’s conservation challenges.
Exploration
Exploration is at the heart of every Mondo Eco-Expedition. Our journeys take you far beyond the usual tourist routes and into some of the planet’s most dynamic and biologically rich landscapes. Traveling by foot, boat, and trail, you’ll explore remote reserves, forests, coastlines, and wildlife corridors rarely experienced by the general public. Along the way, you’ll work alongside local and Indigenous guides, gain firsthand insight into the landscapes you’re exploring, and experience the thrill of meaningful exploration that connects adventure with purpose.
Community
Our expeditions and tours create meaningful opportunities to connect with Indigenous communities, learn about sustainable agriculture, and explore some of the world’s most beautiful and biodiverse landscapes. On select journeys, participants take part in homestays with local families, fostering genuine cultural exchange. By traveling with intention and supporting local communities, every expedition and tour becomes not only a memorable adventure, but a positive force for conservation, culture, and place-based stewardship.
